The Schools Division of Kalinga has finally produced a qualifier through PSDS GINADINE L. BALAGSO in the recently held 2018 Schools Division Superintendents Test otherwise known as the Educational Management Test (EMT) which was administered on February 25, 2018.
This year, a passing grade of 65% was set which constitutes the upper five (5) percent of the examinees and PSDS Balagso is lucky to be one among the passers. The test consists of the following domains : ELM-Educational Leadership and Management; PASP-Policy Action and Strategic Planning; CIA-Curriculum Instruction and Assessment; RE-Research and Evaluation and I/E-Integration/Essay.
This year’s qualifiers are 27 and Balagso is the only qualifier from the Cordillera Administrative Region. Kudos!
